Pathfinder Partner Organizations
Pathfinder Partner Organizations (PPOs) are formal and informal networks serving a country, city, region, team, or hospital. PPOs are expected to coordinate outreach and referral efforts with the Pathfinder Outreach Network Program Director and the Executive Director of AmeriFace.
Criteria:
- Informal or formal organization
- Representative individuals/families are registered Pathfinders and listed in our national database
- Website visitors must be able to easily navigate to an AmeriFace and/or related program links on the organization’s website
- Periodic reports of organization activities will be made at the Pathfinder program website (file your report here)
PPOs will be awarded special status on the AmeriFace and/or related program websites. They will also be awarded use of the PPO logo (in development) for their website(s), letterhead, business cards, etc. There is no PPO membership fee.
AmeriFace recognizes CarePages as a Pathfinder Partner Organization,
serving a variety of medical support communities, including our member families.
